Z-Cron is free for personal use, which means that it can be used by private individuals free of charge. For professional use you need to buy a license.
Freeware for private use demands fairness from the customer: If you want to use my programs commercially
or professionally (in companies, associations or institutions) and/or obtain access to additional features, you have to register your software. This means that you buy the professional version in our shop or from one of the traders authorized by IMU and you will obtain the right to use our software for business purposes.
The Z-Cron software runs (if not mentioned otherwise) without problems on my computers (Windows 2000, Windows XP SP2, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/2010/2011). Please pay attention to the notes on the download site!

Support info
Please read the online help and the software manual first. Also make sure that you have updated your software to the current version. In most cases, the problem is already fixed in a new version.
If you don't find any help, please send an e-mail/ticket with a detailed error description, error number, error text, description of how the error occurred etc.
We also need the log file from the software, as well as any information about your computer system:
- Program version
- Operating system/service pack
- Z-Cron start mode (startup or system service)
- Special features
You can also help us with a screen shot of the error, where applicable.
Please zip all attachments, because otherwise they will be treated as spam by our support ticket system. In this way, we can help you as quickly as possible. The more specific you are, the sooner a solution is in sight.
