Automatic file download (HTTP listing) using a predefined URL address from the Internet. The Z-Cron command GETURL was interpreted for the fetch of HTML page frames or scripts. For the time controlled download of files (ZIP files, graphics etc.) the Z-Cron command DOWNLOAD should be taken advantage of better.

The Z-Cron program queries for the respective time server over port 37 by TCP/IP and sets the computer watch provided that necessary.

As a target a valid file name must be given. In the file name the following dummies can/time stamps are used:

The Z-Cron Scheduler creates a directory for every new day automatically and saves the JPG pictures a time stamp in the file name. With the Z-Cron command CLEANUPDIR files and directories no more required can be deleted automatically or time controlled again, too.
