Automatic file download (HTTP protocol) from a predefined internet address:
the Z-Cron command GETURL is intended for fetching HTML pages or scripts. For the scheduled download of files (ZIP files, images etc.) I recommend to use the Z-Cron command DOWNLOAD.

As a small example for the use of this command, we show how to download a picture of the Kudamm in Berlin (www.kurfuerstendamm.de) every 5 minutes:
As a target a valid file name must be given. In the file name the following variables can be used:
Dummy
Function
$DATE
Today's date (yyyymmdd)
$TIME
Time (hhmm)
The Z-Cron Scheduler creates a directory for every new day automatically and saves the JPG pictures with a time stamp in the file name. With the Z-Cron command CLEANUPDIR files and directories that are no longer required can be deleted again, automatically or with a schedule.
