The programs offered on this
website are Freeware for private use which means
that the Standard-version can be used by private
individuals free of charge. Commercial or job-related
use of the free versions is not permitted.
Subject of this contact are the
computer programs written by A. Baumann, the program
descriptions and manuals. In the following, the
components mentioned above will be called just "Software"
I
want to draw your attention to the fact, that it
is, for technical reasons, not possible at the moment
to create software in a way, that it will work without
errors in all applications and combinations. Subject
of this contract is therefore just a software basically
useable in terms of the program description and
manual.
This software is distributed on the following
terms of license:
-
The software will be provided
without any form of guarantee.
-
The author Andreas Baumann
will not take the responsibility for any damage
caused by using or distributing the Software
by the user or a third party. In no event shall
the author be liable for any lost revenue or
profit, the loss of data or direct, indirect,
special, consequential or incidental damages
however caused and regardless of theory of liability,
arising out of the use, or the inability to
use the Software, even if the author has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
-
The Software can be used
by private individuals free of charge. Commercial
or job-related use of the Freeware versions
are not allowed.
-
For commercial use you have
to buy a licence from the author. Free commercial
use of Z-Cron violates the prevailing copyright
laws and can be prosecuted by civil law and
criminal law.
-
Commercial use or spreading
- in any kind - requires my written approval.
-
Changing the software or
its documentation or any kind of decompiling
is forbidden.
